Artist Statement:
In 2009 God blessed me with time to dedicate to art. My style has been described as unique, colorful, and whimsical. I work with acrylics on canvas, scratch art with India ink, and watercolor. I enjoy creating artwork with a single subject and infused with a lot of color, as well as the detail found in black and white creations. Recent work has been influenced by a move from Oregon to Arizona in 2008, and a fascination with the many colors found in the landscapes of the Sonoran Desert, and the Arizona skies. I joined the East Valley Art Guild in 2009.
